What is Budgie Bond and the objective?
Budgie Bond is a UX/UI university project I completed with website content created to focus on the user experience and interface on new and potential budgie owners. It offers insight and beneficial information on how to form a lifelong bond with budgies while staying up to date on how to care for them with ease.
Problem:
Budgies appear cute and simple as pets, however, the reality is that they need to be well taken care of and have plenty of interaction with their owners. In fact, new and potential budgie owners need to learn and conduct research to ensure a happy and healthy bond, otherwise problems will arise regarding the budgie's livelihood.
Solution:
I created a website that is meant to be informative and encouraging for new and potential budgie owners to ensure a happy bond. This website provides information on how to be prepared for becoming a budgie owner and is designed to be user-friendly.
My Process:
Research, critical thinking, user stories, user flow charting, agile development, response design, and ideation through Figma.
To speculate user experience and response, I created a user flow chart through FlowMapp. This allowed me to process how I wanted to organize, function, execute, and design my website to ensure it being user-friendly.
To design the wireframe elements of my website content, I translated the user flow chart into an effective user interface on Figma to ideate the composition, hierarchy, layout, contrast, design, color, and functionality, while making sure that everything appeared effective as my user flow chart. This displays my responsive design process and the framework skeleton of my website, as well as my awareness of navigativing the user experience and designing the interface.
Flow Charting:
To speculate user experience and response, I created a user flow chart through FlowMapp This allowed me to process how I wanted to organize, function, execute, and design my website to ensure it being user-friendly.
Wireframing:
To design the wireframe elements of my website content, I translated my user flow chart into an effective user interface.
I used Figma to ideate the composition, hierarchy layout, contrast, design, color, and functionality, while making sure that everything appeared effective as my user flow chart. This displays my responsive design process and the framework skeleton of my website, as well as my awareness of a navigational user interface

Overall, this project was incredibly exciting to make with many trials and errors throughout the process. However, it’s given me another perspective on the technology I consume and the importance of each step and process for making a UX/UI product that is user-friendly and simple to use without any hiccups.

Art Scream Social App

What is Art Scream Social?
Art Scream Social is a UX/UI App project I created and completed as a proof of concept. As a creative, I figured an app like so would provide users the ability to not only connect with other artistic individuals but also include resources for various didactic art categories and how to go about creating. The app also features the ability to post one's work and just have fun networking while learning.
Problem Statement:
Creative people and those that are interested in being artistic need a platform that allows them to share their work, connect with fellow creatives, access didactic art information and resources to learn more about art and how to get started with different forms of art they may be interested in.
Solution:
I designed a proof of concept app design that introduces creatives to didactic art tutorials and resources for them to consult, while also being a place to socialize and share work to provide a fun, learning, resourceful, and socializing art atmosphere.
Audience:
Ages 13 and up
My Process:
Thorough research, inspiration on Behance, sketching, brainstorming, user flow charting through Whimsical, wireframes, ideation, logo design, color theory, icon and image procurement, speculative design, mockups, and design on Figma and Photoshop.

To begin, I alotted time to get more insight on apps that may have a similar direction as mine and discovered some competitive apps such as: Artfol, Kickstarter, Behance, Sketchy, Amino, and so on. This gave me inspiration to see how I desired to design my app visuals and layouts, while also planning out the elements to speculate how it would function. Each process allowed me to experiment and problem-solve to ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly app product.
